Love the ground venison, it's very lean,very little fat comes out when cooking,great taste,not gamey at all. Use the venison in place of my recipes that call for beef.When you open the package you know you have something good.

Kangaroo Boneless Loins
Hey Guys,
I had never eaten Kangaroo before, so I called your office to get the 411 on Kangaroo meat. Lisa was very helpful in her explaination of taste and consistency. She even sent a link for cooking options.
Well, You have a convert!!! The meat was very tender and just melted in my mouth. I tried the sherry and shallots recipe and it was delicious. They recommend cutting the meat against the grain and this made the meat just fall apart in my mouth with each bite.
