Our pheasant is a truly free-range product. Unlike other producers, our birds fly freely over 130 acres of pristine countryside, which results in a more developed, meatier breast. Yet, because the birds are raised on natural spring water and graze leisurely on sunflower, oats and barley, the meat is both tender and rich with a subtle game flavor.

Pheasant is among the healthiest meats available today. It is higher in protein and lower in calories, cholesterol and fat than other poultry.  Our pheasants are raised naturally, producing a far superior product to most meat consumed today. We do not rely on hormones or other growth stimulants to artificially increase the size of our birds.  Our feeding program is based on natural grains resulting in an authentic, flavorful pheasant product.

Extremely easy to prepare, with virtually no waste, our whole pheasant is an ideal entrée item for two people - simply cut in half and serve. Our boneless breasts make a beautiful tender meat entrée. Consistency and convenience are the rule. All of our pheasant products are federally inspected and vacuum packaged to maintain freshness. Pheasant is no longer strictly seasonal. Our farms grow pheasants year round to ensure our customers are continually provided fresh product.

Pheasant Cooking Instructions

"Simply delicious! With a crisp skin, these frenched breasts are great au naturel!
Pan sear skin side down until golden, turn over and finish in the oven until
internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove the breasts, deglaze with a light red or a
fruity white wine. Add some chicken stock, fresh herbs and drizzle on the plate!

I like to slice the breast on an angle and fan out over the pan aujus (as pictured)."
