Prosciutto is dry cured ham made from the hind leg of the take. Our
prosciutto is made from Berkshire hams of the large size( anywhere
from 28-40 pounds each). These hams are cured with phone and and
skin on (and hand rubbed sea salt), and H first 16 months in the true
Prosciutto di Parma style.

Mangalitsa Prosciutto crudo is air-cured ham made from the hind leg of
the pig. This prosciutto is made from certified organic Mangalitsa
hams of a large size (anywhere from 28 to 40 pounds each) from
Mosefund Farm, New Jersey. These hams, are cured with bone-in and
skin on (and hand-rubbed with sea salt), and aged for 16 months in the
true Prosciutto di Parma style. After de-boning the prosciutti are hand-
tied with twine in the traditional "addobbo" style.
